Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the MCW Login platform (including the mcwlogin.im website, mobile app, and all related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and MCW Login as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are required to discontinue use of the MCW Login platform.
MCW Login reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the MCW Login platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures established by MCW Login.

User Eligibility & Account Management
To register and use the MCW Login platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. MCW Login reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account that fails to meet these requirements.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. MCW Login will conduct age and identity verification when required.
Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are under financial protection are not permitted to register.
One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on MCW Login at any time. Registering multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.
Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout the use of MCW Login must be truthful, current, and accurate. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.
Account Security: You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your MCW Login account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our customer support immediately.
Identity Verification (KYC): MCW Login reserves the right to request identity verification documents (MyKad copy, bank statement, or other documents) before processing withdrawals or when required for compliance purposes.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
All financial transactions on the MCW Login platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support a variety of local Malaysian payment methods for user convenience. MCW Login does not charge any hidden fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits are credited to your MCW Login account balance within seconds of payment confirmation by the service provider.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the MCW Login finance team.
The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction. There is no daily withdrawal limit for standard accounts; higher limits are available for MCW Login VIP members.
MCW Login reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 72 hours for security review purposes on new accounts or transactions exceeding certain thresholds.
Any attempt to process transactions through unauthorised means — including the use of another person's card or account — will result in account closure and appropriate legal action.

Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme
MCW Login offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits as specified in their respective promotion terms. The specific terms for each promotion are displayed on the relevant promotion page.
Important About Bonuses:
Bonuses credited to your account are bonus credits — not cash. They must be wagered in accordance with the specified wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Welcome Bonus: Available to new MCW Login members making their first deposit only. Each individual is eligible for the welcome bonus once, regardless of how many accounts they attempt to register.

Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry wagering requirements of between 10x and 40x, depending on the promotion type. This means you must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times before making a withdrawal.

Bonus Validity Period: Each MCW Login bonus has its own validity period — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Bonuses that expire without the wagering requirements being met will be automatically forfeited.

Bonus Abuse Prohibition: MCW Login employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including hedging, low-risk betting, and multi-account usage. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will be closed.

VIP Rewards Program: Eligible members of the MCW Login VIP programme enjoy weekly cashback, higher withdrawal limits, and other exclusive benefits. VIP terms and benefits are subject to change and will be communicated to the relevant members accordingly.

MCW Login's Rights: MCW Login reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. MCW Login's decisions on all bonus-related matters are final and binding.
Section 5
Game & Betting Rules
All games offered on the MCW Login platform — including slots, Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), Malaysia Super League and EPL Sports Betting, cricket, e-sports, and lottery — are subject to their respective game rules as displayed within the game interface.

Minimum & Maximum Bet: Each game on MCW Login has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are clearly displayed within the game interface before you begin playing.

Winnings Credited Instantly: Winnings from all MCW Login games are credited to your account balance automatically and instantly upon the completion of each round or match.

Technical Disruption: In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, MCW Login will endeavour to restore the session or void and refund the last affected bet. This decision is final.

Sports Betting & E-Sports: Sports Betting and e-sports outcomes on MCW Login are based on official results announced by the relevant governing body. Bets placed after an event has started via live mode are subject to the applicable live betting rules.

Bot Usage Prohibition: The use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other unauthorised methods to play on MCW Login is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be using such methods will be closed immediately.

Section 6
Account Closure & Termination
You may close your MCW Login account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before doing so, please ensure all bonus wagering requirements have been met and any available cash balance has been withdrawn.
MCW Login also reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account in the following circumstances, without prior notice:
Violation of any part of these MCW Login Terms & Conditions.
Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transactions.
Registering multiple accounts or using a false identity.
Bonus abuse or exploitation of technical loopholes in the MCW Login system.
A request or order from the relevant legal authorities.
Betting activity showing signs of dependency or irresponsible gambling, where account closure is in the interest of player protection.
Closing Balance:
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, MCW Login reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances. For closures not involving a violation, any valid cash balance will be returned upon completion of review.

MCW Login's maximum liability in any situation is limited to the amount of the user's most recent deposit.
All content on the MCW Login platform — including logos, designs, software, text, images, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of MCW Login or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written consent from MCW Login.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by MCW Login is governed by our

Should any dispute arise regarding your account, a transaction, or a game outcome at MCW Login, you are required to contact our customer support team in the first instance. We are committed to resolving all disputes within 5 business days. MCW Login's final decision on game-related disputes is binding.
